Czynsz OK?
Your bank will answer.
Without showing
your payslip.
You type the rent from the listing. Your bank confirms you can carry it, plus your identity and rent history. You get a certificate with the amount and a QR code and show it to any landlord. In 5 minutes. We delete your bank data right after issue.
Connect your bank. Once.
You log in at your own bank and agree to a one-time read. We never see your login or password. The consent expires on its own.
You type the rent. We read 12 months.
Account holder, regularity of inflows, rent transfers. We answer: OK, or "OK up to this amount". Only you see the inflow amounts.
Show it to whoever you choose.
QR on your phone or a PDF. The landlord scans it and sees: OK. At that moment we delete your bank data.
What the landlord sees
Exactly this and nothing more. No amounts, no balance, no list of transactions. It is your data, and you decide that "OK" is enough.
- First and last name, as held by the bank
- Rent 2 800 zł/month: OK (the tenant typed the amount, it is fixed)
- Income confirmed: yes
- Rent paid regularly: yes
- Issue date, validity, live status
- Inflow amounts, balance, transactions, account number
Security is not an option.
It is built in.
You are connecting the most private data you have. So there is one rule: we read, we compute, we delete. Only the result stays.
Once the certificate is issued, we delete your bank data. For good.
Transactions, balances, amounts, account numbers: wiped from our servers the moment the certificate is created. They cannot be recovered, because they are gone. What stays is your name, three "yes" answers and the dates. Want a new certificate? You connect your bank again.

Read-only, through a licensed provider
The bank connection is handled by Enable Banking, a licensed account information service provider (PSD2). You log in at your bank, not with us. We never see or store your login or password. We cannot order or transfer anything.
How Enable Banking worksData in the European Union, in line with GDPR
Servers in the EU, no transfers outside the European Economic Area. We process only what the three checks need. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Deleting your account wipes everything, including the certificate.
Privacy policyYou hold the key
You can revoke the certificate with one tap, and in the same second the verification page shows "revoked". You see how many times and when it was shown. The landlord gets a link, not your data.
See the verification pageNo registers, no trace
We do not query BIK, KRD or any other bureau. Your bank says more than a register, and you leave no query trace. On request, in the same read, we check for enforcement or debt-collection transfers. The result reads "not found", never "no debts".
Why not BIK?One price.
One time.
No subscription, no bundles, no "from". 49 zł for a certificate valid 90 days that you can show to any number of landlords. If you are still looking after 90 days, you make a new one, because your old data is no longer with us.
For the landlord. Scans, reads, decides. No account, no fees, nothing to install.
- Identity, income and rent history from your bank
- QR, link and PDF in PL, EN, UK or BE
- Unlimited showings, see who and when
- One-tap revocation
- Bank data deleted after issue

The questions
everyone asks
Short and with no small print. If something is missing, write to us: hej@czynszok.pl.
Will the landlord see my earnings?
No. They see the rent amount you typed yourself, with the answer OK, and three confirmations: identity, income, rent paid regularly. No inflow amounts, no balance, no list of transactions. Only you see the inflow amounts, on your own screen, before you issue the certificate.
Where does the rent amount on the certificate come from?
From you. We ask "Czynsz OK?", you type the amount from the listing, the bank answers. If your inflows cannot carry that amount, we show you the maximum we can certify and you pick it with a slider (in 10 zł steps). The amount is then fixed: the landlord cannot change it or ask about any other. Want a certificate for a different amount? You make a new one.
What happens to my bank data?
We read it once, compute the three checks and issue the certificate. At that same moment we permanently delete the raw data from our servers: transactions, balances, amounts, account numbers. It cannot be recovered. What stays is the result: your name, yes/no answers, dates and the code. You get a confirmation by email.
Do you check BIK or KRD?
No. We do not query any credit or business information bureau, so you leave no query trace. Your bank says more: whether your inflows are regular and whether rent was paid. If you want, in the same read we check whether there are any enforcement or debt-collection transfers in the last 12 months. The result on the certificate reads "not found", never "no debts", because we only see the connected account.
Is connecting my bank safe?
You log in at your own bank, not with us, through Enable Banking, a licensed PSD2 provider. The connection is read-only and one-time. We never see your login or password and cannot order any operation.
How much does it cost and who pays?
49 zł, one-off, paid by the tenant. The certificate is valid 90 days and you can show it to any number of landlords. The landlord pays nothing and creates no account.
How does the landlord check that the certificate is genuine?
They scan the QR code or type the code at czynszok.pl. They see the live status: valid, expired or revoked. A screenshot is not enough, because the status is checked at the moment of scanning.
Why does the certificate expire after 90 days?
Because the landlord wants to know how things are now, not a year ago. And because we do not keep your data, so we cannot "refresh" it without you. A new certificate means a new bank connection and another 49 zł.
Which banks work?
All the larger Polish banks available in Enable Banking: PKO BP, mBank, ING, Santander, Pekao, Millennium, Alior, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Revolut and more. You will see the full list in the app.
What language is the certificate in?
You choose: Polish, English, Ukrainian or Belarusian. The landlord can switch the verification page to their own language. Your name stays exactly as the bank recorded it.
My income comes in on two accounts or from my own business. What then?
Connect more than one account and we count them together. For a business we look at the regularity of inflows to the account, not at an employment contract. If we cannot find something, we tell you plainly before you pay.
